Alcazar buys 118MW development in Montenegro

Alcazar Energy has bought development rights for the $200m 118MW Bijela onshore wind project in Montenegro.

Alcazar has entered into a partnership with the project's developers Simes Inženjering and Sistem MNE to deliver the scheme. The trio are looking to achieve financial close for the project in the first quarter of 2025, with construction due to start in the first half of 2025.
