CIP sells 303MW Texas wind farms

Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners has sold its interests in the 155MW Fluvanna I and 148MW Blue Cloud wind farms in Texas to Canadian firm TC Energy.

CIP sold the assets through its Copenhagen Infrastructure II fund. Fluvanna I and Blue Wind were commissioned in 2017 and 2018 respectively; and were CIP's first onshore wind investments in the US.
