Clearvise sells Finnish duo to Nuveen

German operator Clearvise has exited the Finnish market by selling two wind farms totalling 29.7MW to fund manager Nuveen Infrastructure.

The deal for the 6.6MW Haapajärvi 1 and 23.1MW Haapajärvi 2 projects was agreed in July 2023, and Clearvise has now secured bank approval for the deal.
