Cummins takes full ownership of Hydrogenics

US multinational Cummins now owns 100% of hydrogen technology firm Hydrogenics after buying the 19% it did not already own from Air Liquide.

French gas company Air Liquide said it sold the stake after a review of its portfolio but that Hydrogenics would continue to be one of its suppliers of hydrogen electrolysers.
