Deutsche Bahn signs 20MW He Dreiht PPA

German rail operator Deutsche Bahn has signed a 20MW power purchase agreement for electricity from EnBW's 960MW He Dreiht offshore wind project.

EnBW is due to start building the He Dreiht project in the German North Sea in 2024, and plans to commission it by the end of 2025. The PPA is set to last 15 years.
