Engie and POSCO mull Aussie hydrogen plant

Utility giant Engie has teamed up with steelmaker POSCO to develop a green hydrogen production plant in Port Hedland in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.

The companies are conducting a pre-feasibility study for the plant, which could supply green hydrogen to South Korea to help POSCO decarbonise its steel factories.
