Eurowind enters power-to-X with HyBalance deal

Eurowind Energy has entered the power-to-X market by buying Air Liquide's HyBalance hydrogen production plant in Hobro, Denmark.

Eurowind said the deal would enable it to learn about green hydrogen as a first step to integrating hydrogen production with its future renewables assets in Europe. The HyBalance plant in Denmark uses a 1.25MW polymer electrolyte membrane electrolyser and has been operational since 2018.
