Innergex secures $534m for 329.8MW project

Innergex Renewable Energy has secured a $534m construction finance package for its 329.9MW Boswell Springs onshore wind project in US state Wyoming.

The funding package includes a $203m 10-year non-recourse term loan with BNP Paribas, Credit-Agricole CIB, Export Development Canada and MUFG Bank. Innergex is also looking to secure tax equity finance for the project by the end of September 2023.

Boswell Springs is due to be commissioned by the end of 2024.
