KGAL fund invests in Danish hydrogen plant

German asset manager KGAL has invested in a hydrogen-based e-fuels production facility developed by Arcadia e-Fuels in Denmark.

KGAL has invested via its impact fund KGAL ESPF 6 in a project in Vordingborg, which is due to produce around 68,000 tonnes of sustainable aviation fuel annually from mid-2026. It is set to produce the fuel from self-produced green hydrogen.
