Norsk Hydro hails green aluminium pilot

Norwegian metals producer Hydro has completed a pilot project at a factory in Spain to produce aluminium using green hydrogen.

The test was conducted and led by Hydro's green hydrogen subsidiary Hydro Havrand, in partnership with engineering group Fives. Hydro and Fives are due to produce a final report following the test this year.
