Notus plans 1GW wind farm in Chernobyl

German firm Notus Energy is developing an up-to-1GW wind farm in the Chernobyl nuclear exclusion zone in Ukraine with transmission firm Ukrenergo.

The pair have this week signed a declaration of intent for the project and Notus has reportedly already concluded a preliminary assessment of the zone.
