Orlen buys 60MW Polish pair

Polish utility Orlen has agreed to buy two wind farms totalling 60MW in Poland's Poznań and Szczecin provinces from a subsidiary of Octopus Renewables.

Orlen has entered a conditional agreement with a subsidiary of Octopus Renewablesa Infrastructure Trust to buy the schemes, which were both commissioned in 2022. The deal enables Orlen to grow its renewables portfolio to almost 1GW.
