Ørsted sells 50% Gode Wind 3 stake to Glennmont

Ørsted is selling a 50% stake in its 253MW Gode Wind 3 offshore project in the German North Sea to Glennmont Partners for €473m.

Gode Wind 3 is being built and is due to be commissioned in 2024. The deal involves Glennmont receiving a 50% stake in the project and committing to fund 50% of its construction. The transaction is due to close in late 2023 or early 2024.
