Partners sells final 10% of Borssele 3 & 4

Partners Group is selling its final 10% stake in the 731.5MW Borssele 3 & 4 offshore wind farm in the Netherlands to Octopus Energy Generation.

Partners bought a 45% stake in the project in June 2018, and sold 20% to Swiss Life Asset Managers in November 2022 and 15% to funds run by Nuveen Infrastructure in July 2023. This final sale completes its exit from the development, which was commissioned in Dutch waters in 2021.

Borssele 3 & 4 will now be owned by shareholders including Shell, Eneco, Inpex, Luxcara, Swiss Life Asset Managers, Nuveen subsidiary Glennmont Partners, and Octopus Energy Generation.
