Qualitas buys 1.4GW DunoAir arm

Qualitas Energy has bought DunoAir's onshore wind development business, which owns 1.4GW of wind development projects in Germany.

The deal grows the Qualitas pipeline of development projects in Germany to 2.9GW, and Qualitas said it would expand this to 6.2GW with further investments in Germany in the next two years.

Daniel Parejo, partner and chief investment officer at Qualitas, said: "Qualitas Energy continues to invest in the acquisition of German and international renewable energy projects, and this represents a major step towards our goal of becoming one of the key platforms in the German market."
