Renantis and Ventient to merge in 2024

Italian independent power producer Renantis and UK developer Ventient Energy are set to merge in 2024.

The combined company is set to own onshore wind, solar and energy storage projects with total headline capacity of 4.2GW in Europe and the US, as well as a pipeline of development assets totalling 18GW. The companies said this would make the combined group one of the largest independent power producers in Europe.
