Tata to build 966MW hybrid project

Tata Power Renewable Energy is set to develop a 966MW hybrid wind-and-solar project in India to power Tata Steel's production operations.

The development is made up of 587MW wind and 379MW solar capacity; and is due to be commissioned by the end of May 2025. Tata Steel is set to own 26% of the project.
