Total Energies mulls $700m Adani deal

Total Energies is in talks to invest $700m to support Indian developer Adani Green Energy to expand its portfolio of renewable energy projects.

The French utility owns a stake of around 20% in Adani Green Energy and 37.4% of sister business Adani Gas. Adani Green Energy has a 20.4GW portfolio of renewables projects, of which 8.3GW are operational.
