Vårgrønn and European target Baltic

Plenitude and HitecVision's joint venture Vårgrønn has formed a partnership with European Energy to develop offshore wind farms in the Baltic Sea.

The companies have announced a long-term strategic partnership to co-develop projects off the coasts of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Lithuania is due to hold two offshore wind tenders by autumn 2023, and Estonia is due to tender sites for 7GW of offshore wind in late 2023.
