Vestas hails firm order at 960MW He Dreiht

German utility EnBW has placed a firm order with Vestas for turbines for the 960MW He Dreiht offshore wind farm in the German North Sea.

The deal for 64 15MW turbines follows the announcement of the condition order on 7th June 2022. Installation is due to begin in the second quarter of 2025, with commissioning due in the fourth quarter of 2025.
