Vestas wins 96MW pair of German orders

Vestas has won two orders totalling 96MW to supply projects in Germany.

Energiequelle has picked Vestas to supply turbines for the 54MW Zeven-Wistedt wind project in Lower Saxony. Vestas is set to deliver the turbines in the third quarter of 2024, with commissioning due by the end of 2024.

Separately, an undisclosed buyer has ordered Vestas machines for a 42MW repowering project in Schleswig-Holstein. Vestas is due to deliver the turbines from the first quarter of 2024, with commissioning due by the end of September 2024.
