Wind Investment Awards 2023: Celebrating the Leaders in Wind Energy Investment
On the evening of May 25th, 2023, the wind energy industry came together to celebrate the leaders in wind energy investment at the Wind Investment Awards 2023.
On the evening of May 25th, 2023, the wind energy industry came together to celebrate the leaders in wind energy investment at the Wind Investment Awards 2023. Hosted by Tamarindo, the awards recognised the companies, individuals, and organisations that have made significant contributions to the growth and development of wind energy around the world.
This year's awards ceremony featured a total of 15 categories, including two awards for Rising Star of the year, Equity Deal of the Year, M&A Deal of the Year and the new Power-to-X Innovation Award. The winners were selected by a panel of judges comprised of industry experts that span the sector.
The evening began with a keynote address by Adam Barber, Tamarindo’s CEO, who emphasised the importance of wind energy investment in the transition to a clean energy future. He highlighted the progress that has been made in recent years, but also acknowledged that there is still a long way to go.
The Wind Investment Awards are a celebration of the progress that has been made in the wind energy industry over the past year, and a reminder of the work that still needs to be done. By recognising the people that are leading the way in wind energy investment, the awards are helping to drive innovation and investment in this critical sector. Congratulations to all the winners!
