Alla Weinstein

Alla is the founder & CEO of Trident Winds, a deep-water offshore wind project development company with over 20 years in the field of marine renewables.  Prior to founding Trident Winds, Alla founded and ran 2 marine renewables technology startups and a European Ocean Energy industry association. She is Governor Inslee’s appointee to the Washington state Marine Advisory Council and an Ambassador with the DOE’s Women in Clean Energy Initiative.  Alla has been named ENR’s Top 25 Newsmakers in 2018 and in the top 100 North America Power List.  She is an active member of the American Clean Power Association.
