Biography
Andy Kinsella is the founding partner and CEO of a newly formed renewable power investment setup development company, Aer Soléir, in partnership with private equity firm Quantum Energy Partners.
Mr. Kinsella is an Irish citizen and Executive Director of Mainstream Renewable Power, having been so since its founding in 2008, and was appointed CEO inSeptember 2017. Having held previous leadership positions in Siemens, GE and Ireland’s Electricity Supply Board (ESB), he has been a member of the Renewables Industry Advisory Board of the International Energy Agency (Paris), and been a member of the Energy sub-Committee of the British Irish Chamber of Commerce and Member of the Advisory Committee to the Independent Committee on Climate Change (London).
