David Foulon

David is the Managing Director of TotalEnergies’ Offshore Wind US, a business unit he created in May 2021. Under his stewardship, TotalEnergies' Offshore Wind US has set partnerships contributing to the ramp-up of the US Offshore Wind industry, and developed a portfolio of more than 4 GW of projects.An energy executive passionate about the energy transition, David also contributes as a board member to several cleantech startups as they scale the solutions required for the energy transition.  David holds Master of Science in Management from Stanford University, and a Masters of Science in Energy from the School of Mines.
