Elizabeth Waters

Beth joined MUFG in 2008 & is an MD & Deal Team Leader on the Bank’s Project Finance Team.She originates, structures, & negotiates transactions in the power sector (wind, solar, BESS, gas-fired, transmission). At MUFG, she has played a lead role in 110+ PF deals. In her 15 yrs with MUFG, Beth has helped drive the origination & structuring of $37B+ in non-recourse debt, including 31GWs of wind, solar, storage & gas-fired assets & 800+ miles in transmission. She has an MBA in Finance (with distinction) from Hofstra University and a BA in Economics (cum laude) from Stony Brook University.
