Biography
Emily Felt is a Senior Consultant to the U.S. Department of Energy’s Loan Programs Office and leads its engagement with the offshore wind industry. The Loan Programs Office provides debt financing for large-scale clean energy projects to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and air pollution in the U.S. Prior to her role at DOE, she held electricity policy and regulatory leadership positions at Duke Energy. Earlier in her career, Ms. Felt worked in international trade and foreign direct investment and was based in Tokyo. Ms. Felt holds degrees from Stanford University and Harvard University.
