Jan-Peter Elffers is Partner at Voltiq. He was co-founder of Amscap, a financial advisory firm focused on offshore wind. Amscap merged with Voltiq in July 2022. JP brings over 18 years of experience in structuring and financing offshore wind across Europe and Asia. Jan-Peter managed dozens of financial advisory mandates that involved offshore wind tenders, financings and M&A deals. In September 2021, Jan-Peter lead the successful zero-subsidy bid of EDFR in the German offshore wind tender (433 MW). The latter scope of work included a detailed market sounding for different PPA’s structures in combination with a compelling project finance structure.
