Biography
Julia Rhodes-Journeay joined BlackRock in 2018. Her role as Commercial Asset Manager is to develop and expand asset management opportunities for the EMEA renewables operating portfolios (>2GW AUM), as well as supporting the due diligence, construction and technical aspects of renewable investments. She has a global remit for developing data analytics, reporting and visualisation platforms for some 6GW AUM.
Julia began her career in renewables in 1994, and has experience in engineering, technical, performance and environmental aspects, across all phases of development, construction and operation of wind and solar assets. Prior to BlackRock, she was with Allianz, RES, ScottishPower and Zond.
