Biography
Justin Pugh is a Senior Managing Director in the Power, Renewables & Energy Transition (PRET) practice within FTI Consulting’s Corporate Finance/Restructuring segment and a member of FTI Capital Advisors. Mr. Pugh has 15years+ of experience in providing strategic, operational, and financial solutions to enterprises and their related stakeholders. He has served as a fiduciary in an interim management capacity, prepared and filed entities for bankruptcy, prepared and conducted extensive reviews of business plans and financial projections, assisted in refinancing efforts, provided M&A advisory services, provided due diligence services to lenders and prospective purchasers, and provided dispute advisory/expert witness services.
