Martin Lucas

Martin has worked across the full cycle of offshore wind since 2010, advising many of the leading developers and investors on projects across Europe, the US and Asia. His projects include Dogger Bank A, B and C (3.6GW), Norfolk Boreas and Vanguard (4.2 GW) and Seagreen, Scotland's largest offshore wind farm. He particularly advises through the construction phase, including procurement strategies and key supply contracts; the operation phase, as well as advising on establishing JVs and divestments and acquisitions. He is a market renowned expert, and recognised as a leading individual by Chambers UK 2024 and Legal 500 UK 2024.
