Biography
Michael Pantelogianis is the Global Co-Head of Investec’s Power & Infrastructure group. He has spent the last 26 years banking independent power and renewable energy companies. At Investec, Mr. Pantelogianis is responsible for the originations platform that leverages the bank’s core product strengths: lending across an asset’s capital structure and capital markets distributions. Sponsors involved in recently closed transactions include, amongst others, Carlyle Group, Morgan Stanley Infrastructure, LS Power, Rockland Capital, Ares Management, and Sunrun Inc.
Prior to joining Investec, Mr. Pantelogianis was a Managing Director in WestLB’s Energy Group for 11 years where he spearheaded their North American business development activities in renewable energy.
Prior to that, he was a member of JPMorgan’s Global Power Group and Sumitomo Trust’s Project Finance Group. Mr. Pantelogianis has an MBA from the Lubin Graduate School of Management at Pace University and holds a BS in Financial Management.
