Biography
Michael Rucker is Founder and CEO of Scout Clean Energy, a renewable energy owner-operator with 1,200 MW of operating wind projects and 19 GW of wind, solar and storage in development. Scout was acquired by the Brookfield Global Transition Fund in 2022. Michael was co-founder of Harvest Energy Services, Inc., and he served as CEO of juwi Wind North America and as VP of Business Development at Clipper Windpower Development. Prior to that, Michael held positions at GE, the International Energy Agency, and EEI. Michael was selected as EY Entrepreneur of the Year for the Mountain West region in 2023.
