Tim Evans

Tim Evans, Partner and Head of North America for CIP, is based in New York and is responsible for CIP’s North American portfolio. Mr. Evans joined CIP from ArcLight Capital Partners where he led investments across the power and renewable generation sectors during his 17-year tenure with the firm and was a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to ArcLight, Mr. Evans worked at Allegheny Energy. Mr Evans began his career at Merrill Lynch & Co. in the Global Energy & Power Group.

Mr. Evans holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Dartmouth College.
