Biography
Currently as ‘Project Director – International Markets’ I have a leading role to review and expand SSE's offshore wind portfolio internationally and bring SSE Renewables’ expertise to international markets.
Previously as Finance Director responsible for the financing, CfD/PPA contracting and commercial strategy for Seagreen, Scotland’s biggest offshore wind farm. Whilst successfully navigating the challenges of a global pandemic, the Seagreen project was able to reach Financial Close in June 2020 (c. £3bn) and divest a 51% shareholding to Total.
Prior proven track record as managing director of two operational businesses active in the renewables market, achieving continued profitability and sustainable growth.
