Justin FitzHugh

Justin FitzHugh is a Partner at Augusta and leads Augusta’s Nordic activities, with a focus on corporate PPAs.  He has led over 1GW of pre-construction wind deals in Norway and Sweden with PPAs from Google, Facebook, Norsk Hydro and Alcoa, and has extensive experience of wind M&A transactions across Europe.

Justin has over 20 years of M&A and capital raising experience of which the last 15 have been spent specialising in renewable energy and the last 10 at Augusta.  Before Augusta, he worked for Climate Change Capital, Pöyry Energy Consulting and spent six years at JPMorgan in the M&A/Investment Banking team in London.

Justin holds an MSc (with Distinction) in Energy Policy from Imperial College London.
