Simon Clement-Davies

Simon Clement-Davies is a Partner at Augusta & Co and has deep experience of the European renewable energy markets particularly in the Nordic region, where he has led Augusta’s franchise for 4 years. Simon deploys over 20 years professional experience as an investment banker in private and public M&A, equity capital raising and structured finance. He began his career at Hill Samuel, where he became a Director of Hill Samuel Securities specialising in cross-border Mergers and Acquisitions. Simon holds a BA Hons degree in ModernHistory from Oxford University. He was an exhibitioner at Balliol College,Oxford.
