Adam Smith

Adam specialises in project and structured financings in the energy, infrastructure and natural resources sectors, especially renewables, on which he advises borrowers, sponsors, ECAs/cover providers, lenders and other participants. He has a particular interest in offshore wind, having advised sponsors and lenders on a number of transactions, including in Taiwan, and has co-authored our Offshore Wind Report. Adam also has a complementary breadth of experience from a variety of financing, M&A, capital markets and general corporate matters in numerous sectors.
Shilei Huang, Director
Project Finance, MUFG
Shilei is a Director with the Project Finance team at MUFG Bank, specialising in power & renewables transactions. She has 14 years of project finance banking experience, and has played lead roles as financial advisor and debt arranging / structurer on project finance transactions across the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to joining MUFG, she was with the Project Finance team at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. She started her career with Singapore Power where she was involved in strategic investments and risk management.
She holds a Masters of Science in Applied Finance from the Singapore Management University and a Bachelor of Engineering (Environmental Engineering) from the National University of Singapore. She is a CFA charter holder.
