Jude Leblanc is a partner in the Houston office of McGuireWoods LLP, a full-service, international law firm. Jude has nearly 25 years of experience structuring, drafting and negotiating complex commercial transactions in the energy and power sectors both domestically and internationally. He has worked on a wide range of projects in the renewable energy (including offshore wind), carbon capture, gas-fired power, nuclear power, mining, oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical and telecommunications industries in the U.S., Canada and Latin America.
